A highly-regarded and prominent business litigation boutique in Orlando is seeking a young commercial litigation associate with a sophisticated background in business-related disputes. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation including shareholder disputes, business torts, real estate disputes and trust disputes. Knowledge of legal malpractice defense would be a plus. Candidates must have superior law school academics and prior business litigation experience, ideally in a large firm practice. A Federal clerkship is strongly preferred. This is a unique opportunity to practice BigLaw litigation in a very collegial, small firm setting. Compensation is comparable to national law firm offices in Orlando.
