Your role:
●        Manage Files.  Perform legal research, draft legal documents, perform discovery, attend and conduct depositions, trials and hearings
●        Manage People.  Oversee, counsel, guide, train, and mentor paralegals, Junior Associates and Contract Attorneys including assigning work and monitoring work product
●        Monitor the performance of assigned employees
●        Create and implement policies and procedure
●        Monitor the status of cases to assure deadlines are met and work is complete in a timely manner
●        Implement and use processes and technology that enhance the productivity of the legal team
 
Background Profile:

7 years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury a must
3 years of experience with supervising other members of the legal team
Have a demonstrated record of personal injury settlements/decisions/verdicts of at least 12 months
A results-oriented attorney with a high attention to detail
You will have the opportunity to use your  writing, editing and proofreading skills
Stand on your feet – strong  oral argument skills, negotiation, detail oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate your interpersonal skills, and persuasive skills
Proficiency with google suite, document management and storage, case management systems and other related programs
You must be admitted, and in good standings to practice law in New York State 
Bilingual a plus
