We are seeking an attorney to join our corporate and transactional practice. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of general corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting, including experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing transactions, joint ventures and drafting and negotiating transaction documents.  Candidates must be self-starters and must be able to work as a member of a team on complex transactions.  Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills are required.  Although the DC or Connecticut offices are preferred, we are flexible about location and will consider applicants who prefer to work remotely.
