Cozen O’Connor seeks an attorney for its active land use practice.  Our land use attorneys/team regularly handle applications for re-zonings, variances, agency determinations, and represent developers and land owners in development rights and other transactions.  The ideal candidate will have several years of private practice or government experience interpreting and applying the NYC Zoning Resolution and other related applicable laws and regulations.  The ideal candidate can be at any level, with a minimum of five years directly relevant experience either in private practice or a government setting in New York City. We value technical knowledge, effective communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.  A New York Bar license is required.
