On March 27, 2024, the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) adopted a final rule (the “Final Rule”) amending SEC Rule 203A-1(E) (the “Internet Adviser Exemption”) promulgated under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”).
