Large international firm is seeking a mid to senior level associate or counsel to join its elite public companies corporate practice. Candidates should have at least three years of public company experience. The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing public companies in a wide variety of matters, including corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting and compliance matters, as well as with respect to securities offerings and other capital raising transactions.
