Premier research university seeks 7+ year attorney with strong background drafting and negotiating complex contracts to partner with business development team members to execute highly customized sponsored research, collaboration and related agreements with industry partners and international and philanthropic organizations.  Candidates must have experience negotiating complex collaboration agreements (such as co-development agreements and/or IT development agreements), ideally, but not necessarily, in an academic research setting.  Knowledge of IP law and licensing experience a plus (not required).
