JUNIOR ASSOCIATE:  LABOR & EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION
 
The Boston office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a junior associate in its growing national management-side Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant labor and employment litigation experience.  This position requires knowledge of federal and state labor & employment laws (e.g., wage and hour, trade secret law, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and similar state laws).  The ideal candidate should have experience handling certain aspects of litigation such as interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and various motions and briefs, conducting and defending depositions, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, and attending court appearances. Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including wage and hour, employee relations, mitigation of risk, ADA and other workplace accommodation, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies is also beneficial.
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills. Admission to practice law in Massachusetts is mandatory.
