Shipman & Goodwin LLP is seeking an associate to join our real estate practice in Stamford. Candidates should have four to six years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on leasing and conveyancing. Experience with structured finance/capital markets and general corporate matters is preferred. Strong drafting and negotiation skills are required. Candidates must be self-starters, have the desire to grow in responsibility and ultimately manage transactions, have experience working as a member of a team on complex deals, and be willing to work occasionally out of our Hartford office as needs dictate.
