Our client,one of the world’s leading medical device companies, is seeking to hire a Senior Corporate Counsel to support their growing legal team in their Georgia headquarters. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years relevant experience in domestic and international legal matters including corporate governance, securities, business development, data privacy, human resources, and the full spectrum of corporate documents, agreements, and contracts. Must be a self-starter and team player, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable handling a wide variety of legal matters, and have a strong work ethic. Will consider BigLaw attorneys, although there is a preference for candidates with prior in-house experience particularly in the biotechnology, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other life science industries. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills required. Ideal candidates will need to work well with diverse internal clients and external parties in a global company.
