• Knowledge in the area of consumer litigation, including the Song-Beverly Act.
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Courtroom experience
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills
• Strong legal research and analysis
• Ability to assume significant case management responsibilities right away
• Excellent time management skills
• Dynamic personality and comfortable to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment
 
All candidates must possess California Bar membership and solid academic credentials as well as well-developed research skills.
