The Private Equity Transactions Group of the Corporate Department is seeking a highly experienced junior to mid-level associate for its growing Dallas office. Join a rapidly growing transactional practice advising on private equity funds and their portfolio companies with respect to sophisticated public or private acquisitions and divestitures, growth investments and other similar transactions, as well as advising on general corporate matters, including governance and securities law compliance matters. Associate will have direct client contact and the opportunity to work both within teams and manage various parts of transactions independently. Qualified candidates will have legal experience at a large law firm working on private equity deals, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced and, at times, deadline-driven environment.
