Our client, a publicly-traded, communication software company, has engaged us to identify a Corporate Counsel for their North American legal team based out of Atlanta.  Qualified candidates should have 2+ years of commercial agreements experience including, but not limited to: technology transactions, software licensing, SaaS, data privacy and cloud based agreements.   Prior in-house legal experience is required. 
The hired attorney will draft, review, and negotiate a diverse array of commercial contracts, and will work with internal stakeholders to resolve legal and compliance issues. Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal), along with an exceptional business acumen, and a team-oriented approach, are all critical for success in this critical hire.  The hire will support the lead attorney for the USA Division on all legal issues impacting the organization, and will collaborate with the international legal team on global matters.
