SENIOR ASSOCIATE: Health Care & Life Sciences (Transactional)
St. Petersburg, Florida (or any of Firm’s existing offices)
The St. Petersburg, Florida office of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a senior associate to join its Health Care and Life Sciences practice.  The office location is flexible, and we will consider candidates in any of the Firm’s existing offices, but Florida is preferred.
Candidates should have a minimum of six years of relevant corporate transactional experience.  Preferred candidates should have prior M&A experience on the buyer side and seller side (such as experience drafting and negotiating asset, stock, merger, employment, escrow, and other agreements typically relevant in these types of transactions) as well as strong corporate formation and commercial contracting experience. Special consideration given to counsel with demonstrated  in-house transactional experience.   Interest in the health care industry and familiarity with applicable health care regulatory issues in such transactions (such as Stark, fraud/abuse, and the like) is preferred, but not required.  Ideal candidates should exhibit the highest level of legal and practical problem solving skills, strong oral presentation and drafting ability, and client relations acumen. The firm is looking for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment and are seeking opportunities for growth and the desire to work on a broad range of business transactions in the health care industry. 
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, have excellent communication and writing skills, have excellent drafting skills, and have strong corporate transactional/M&A experience. Juris Doctorate degree required, and admission to practice law in the appropriate jurisdiction is mandatory.
