Public Finance Associate

Cozen O’Connor seeks an attorney with at least four years of experience to join the firm’s growing multi-state Public Finance practice. This candidate will be resident in the New York or Philadelphia office. Candidates will have experience serving as bond counsel, underwriters' counsel and/or borrower's counsel in tax exempt and taxable municipal bond financings, and related project development. Active admission and good standing required in the respective state bar.Cozen O’Connor has a team of attorneys dedicated to the public and project finance space and is committed to the expansion of the practice.
