Ms. Garber is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, class of 2009, and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2012. During her time at Brooklyn Law School, she was a member of the Journal of Law and Policy and 2012 Mediation Clinic. After graduation, Ms. Garber completed a post-graduate fellowship in the Kings County law department in the area of matrimonial law.

Ms. Garber represents clients through all stages of  divorce proceedings, including equitable distribution, child support, spousal support, custody and parenting time. Ms. Garber also handles all Family Court matters, including support, custody and family offense proceedings, as well as pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Ms. Garber practices in the Family and Supreme Courts throughout Long Island and the five boroughs. Ms. Garber also handles complex civil litigation matters in New York State and Federal Courts.

Ms. Garber is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Family Law Section, Trial Lawyer’s Section), Nassau County Bar Association, Nassau County Women’s Bar Association,  and Suffolk County Bar Association.
