Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an associate with 1 - 5 years of litigation experience to join the Litigation Department in our Tampa office. Our ideal candidate will have experience working on litigation teams in discovery, trial preparation and trial, preparing witnesses for testimony, conducting direct and cross examination of witnesses, and drafting complex motions and briefs. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated lawyer, who has demonstrated an ability to compete and prosper in highly-competitive and complex environments, to assist with advancing the long-term strategic objectives of the Litigation Department. Judicial clerkship experience preferred.
