Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a junior level associate with 2-3 years of IP Litigation experience to join its pre-eminent, national IP Litigation Practice Group in San Diego. Qualified candidate must hold an advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science and will possess significant experience through all phases of patent litigation, specifically involving software, medical devices, and/or computer hardware. Excellent academic credentials, research, writing, and communication skills are required. Clerkship experience preferred but not essential. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated attorney, who is eager to learn and gain valuable experience while supporting attorneys in several of our offices.
