Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years of litigation experience (classes 2011-2013) to join the Insurance & Reinsurance Practice Group within the Litigation Department in our Chicago office. Our ideal candidate will have experience conducting complex discovery, drafting complex motions and briefs, conducting depositions, preparing witnesses for testimony, and assisting in the preparation for arbitration and trial. Prior experience with either insurance coverage issues or in reinsurance disputes is preferred but not essential. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated litigator, who has demonstrated an ability to compete and prosper in highly-competitive and complex environments and seeks significant client contact, to assist with advancing the long-term strategic objectives of the Practice Group and the Litigation Department. AmLaw 100 experience preferred. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
