Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an associate, preferably in their 3rd, 4th or 5th year (class of 2010, 2011, or 2012), to join our Business Law Department, Finance & Financial Institutions Practice Group in Milwaukee. Qualified candidate will have a background in corporate debt finance transactions. Candidate must have strong analytic, research, writing, drafting and oral communication skills. We are seeking a thoughtful, reliable, highly motivated Business Law Associate who seeks significant client contact and is willing to work hard. Top academics and finance experience required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from a top tier, ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the bar of the state in which the candidate is admitted to practice. A candidate not currently a member of the Wisconsin Bar will be required to obtain admittance as a condition of hire.
