Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an associate to join the Business Law Department, Transactional & Securities Practice Group in our Tampa office. Our ideal candidate will have very strong document drafting, negotiating and interpersonal skills, and will have 2 - 4 years of experience in public and private securities offerings and SEC compliance; private equity; mergers and acquisitions; leveraged buyouts; equity investments; and financings. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, detail-oriented, outgoing, highly motivated Business Law Associate who is an effective communicator, seeks significant client contact, is willing to work hard and is capable of managing others effectively. Large law firm experience preferred.
