Seeking associates with 3-4 years of Leveraged Finance experience to join our corporate group. The candidate should have experience representing leading private equity funds, their portfolio companies and public companies in a full range of finance transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisition, dividend and other recapitalizations, restructuring and reorganizations. Large law firm experience is preferred.
