Seeking a midlevel associate with 4-5 years of high level antitrust experience to join a premier antitrust group. The candidate should have a very strong academic background, excellent analytical and writing skills, and experience handling complex deal work and/or antitrust litigation. Experience with HSR filing and reportability issues is highly desirable.
