Seeking a Banking & Finance associate with 2 to 5 years of strong deal experience at a top law firm with a focus in structured finance, leveraged finance, securitizations or similar finance practice.

Ideal candidates will have worked representing large institutional and investment banking clients. Note, general Corporate experience and M&A is not ideal and a solid finance background is a must. Candidates with a large law firm and top educational credentials should apply.
