The Real Estate Practice Group of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP is in search of an associate with 2 to 5 years of real estate law experience suitable for a sophisticated land development practice, also including the opportunity for work on complex commercial real estate transactions. This associate will be resident in the Florham Park office of the firm. We are seeking candidates with solid commercial real estate experience who are interested in working on land development matters, as well as transactions. We represent both institutional investors and developers in the areas of development, redevelopment, acquisitions and dispositions, construction, leasing, and financing. Additional position requirements include superior law school academics from a top law school, excellent writing skills, and the ability to produce top quality work with minimal supervision
