The Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group seeks to hire an associate with 1- 3 years of experience for either the Chicago, Philadelphia or New York office. We seek candidates with experience advising employer plan sponsors on retirement plans and health and welfare plans. Plan document drafting and M&A deal experience is a plus. Large law firm benefits experience is strongly preferred.
