Duane Morris LLP is looking for a part-time or hourly associate with approximately 2-4 years' experience to join its Employment Practice Group in the Atlanta office. The ideal candidate should have experience in employment litigation and transactional employment work, including experience in pre-trial employment litigation, preparing for and participating in depositions, conducting witness interviews, preparing EEOC position statements, and preparing employment and severance agreements. Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies and assisting clients with employment training programs is also desired. Experience with NLRB, OSHA and governmental agency experience is also desired. Superior academic and writing credentials along with Georgia bar admission required.
