The Atlanta office of McGuireWoods seeks an associate to join the Debt Finance department. Qualified candidates will have 1 – 3 years of corporate transactional experience. The position will involve structuring, negotiating, documenting, closing and administering secured commercial loan transactions for major financial institutions. Candidate must have superior academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
