Our Orange County, CA office has an opportunity for a Workplace Safety Attorney to join our expanding practice. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced CalOSHA attorney to assist our senior associates and shareholders and assume a major role in litigation with extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. Our firm can provide multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice
• Candidates must possess between 3 – 5 years of workplace safety experience in California
• Outstanding academic credentials – (top 20% of law school class preferred)
• Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
