This is a unique opportunity for an experienced employment attorney to work a more flexible schedule, including the option to work from home. This person will be expected to work on cases specific to one client and perform all of the duties of a traditional law firm associate, including, but not limited to, legal research, drafting of legal memoranda, motions and pleading, attendance at court conferences, discovery-related activities and investigation, analysis, and drafting of position statements.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice
• Candidates must possess between 6 – 8 years of labor and employment defense experience preferably in California.
• This position is client facing, Client Services skills are a must and absolute key to the success of this role.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
