Holland & Hart's Salt Lake City office is seeking a junior associate to join its Bank Litigation team. Holland & Hart is the largest law firm based in the Mountain West with about 500 lawyers in 15 offices, including more than 90 attorneys in Salt Lake City. It is also the only law firm based in the Mountain West ranked on The American Lawyer's list of the top 200 law firms in the United States.

Requirements: Successful candidates will have 1-3 years of relevant litigation and/or creditor bankruptcy experience at a top firm, be team oriented with strong written and oral communication skills and have professional recommendations. Prior work experience in representing lenders and basic understanding of securedtransactions and bankruptcy law is a plus. Practical law school experience (law review, law journal, moot court, or trial advocacy team), and/or judicial clerkship experience is also a plus.
