The Los Angeles office of Alston & Bird is seeking an entry-level Judicial Clerk to join the Environmental & Land Use Group. The successful candidate will be available to begin employment this fall upon the completion of the judicial clerkship. Strong research, writing and advocacy skills, as well as excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills are required. A desire to gain experience and expertise in CEQA/NEPA, compliance and litigation, as well as permitting under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, CA Coastal Act, and Endangered Species Acts is also required.
