The Charlotte office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for an associate with 1-2 years’ required experience in white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, and civil litigation (experience in healthcare litigation is preferred). A federal clerkship is highly desired. The ideal candidate will also have excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills.
