The Charlotte office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a junior Finance associate with 1-2 years' experience. Experience in corporate finance and/or corporate transactions is required. Experience in loan extensions, modifications, loan restructuring, and servicing is preferred (preferably for the CMBS market). The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills.
