The Atlanta office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening in the Technology and Privacy group for an attorney with 6+ years’ relevant experience. Must have extensive software, cloud computing and outsourcing transactional experience. Privacy and data security experience is a plus. Requirements include effective interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and drafting skills, ability to work directly with senior and executive client representatives, and managing other Alston & Bird attorneys in a team dedicated to client service.
