The Washington, DC office of Alston & Bird has an immediate need for a Finance associate with 2-4 years’ experience in structured finance and securitization transactions. Experience in the areas of equipment finance and domestic securities law is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions.
