The Washington, D.C. office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening in the Compensation, Benefits & ERISA Litigation group for an attorney with 5-8 years’ relevant experience. A background in employee benefits administration and compliance, specifically qualified plans, is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. For this position, we will consider in-house or employee benefits consulting firm experience as well as law firm experience.
