Role/Job Description/Details:

The Columbus office of Squire Patton Boggs is actively recruiting for a Corporate Staff Attorney to join a sophisticated global corporate, financial services and capital markets practice which is well-established and growing. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience and demonstrated interest and/or experience in the areas of private equity, venture capital, and/or mergers & acquisitions.



Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be willing to take on significant responsibility for deal management and work product, be diligent, proactive, team-oriented and committed to providing the highest quality legal service. Large law firm experience is a plus but not required.



The selected individual will need to be licensed to practice in the State of Ohio, or willing to become licensed to practice in the State of Ohio either by application to waive-in or by sitting for the next scheduled Bar Examination, upon being selected for the position.
