The Richmond office of McGuireWoods seeks an associate with 1 – 3 years of commercial contracting, project finance, or related construction contracting experience. Drafting, and negotiating construction and project finance transaction documents and experience in drafting commercial contracts needed; experience in the energy sector and with EPC, material supply, operations and maintenance, and other energy industry experience a plus. Must have a strong academic record and excellent writing skills
