The Los Angeles office of McGuireWoods seeks an associate for the Complex Commercial Litigation department. Qualified candidates will have 4 – 6 years of experience, including experience with depositions and trials (at least a 2nd chair). Candidate must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, be well-organized, and have good negotiation skills
