Description:

The Corporate Department is looking for an associate with four to six years of solid corporate lending experience. It is desirable that this candidate has experience working with a broad spectrum of bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club transactions, both senior and subordinated, involving domestic and international credit facilities for direct and sponsored transactions. All candidates must be admitted to the Illinois Bar.
