Candidates should have at least five years of large law firm experience representing companies in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments and financing transactions. Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school are also required; California bar admission strongly preferred. Ideally, this position will be based in the Silicon Valley office, but candidates interested in working from the San Francisco office will also be considered.
