The Tampa office of Holland & Knight LLP is seeking an associate attorney with 2-5 years of legal experience for its fast paced, multi-faceted business law group. The candidate must be a self starter with experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law and have a strong academic background. Experience with public and private capital raising transactions and securities law is strongly preferred. Florida Bar required. The candidate must be detailed oriented, have a deep commitment to client service, have the ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize matters, have strong communication skills, and have the desire to continuously learn new things.
