The global law firm of K&L Gates seeks to hire a corporate associate to join their dynamic practice in Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience doing mergers and acquisitions (both sell side and buy side) for private equity funds and strategics. The ideal candidate would have worked in New York or California at one of the top tier law firms for at least a few years. Experience with capital markets and public company filing work would be a plus.
