Goodwin Procter seeks highly qualified mid-level corporate associates to join our Technology Companies group. We are looking for associates with three to six years of general corporate experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions and client relationships independently. Ideal candidates should have an interest in emerging growth companies matters and prior experience representing companies and investors in angel and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and/or capital markets transactions.
