Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is seeking a highly qualified real estate associate with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience to join our real estate practice in our Los Angeles or Orange County office.

Ideal candidates will have experience in real estate transaction, including acquisitions and dispositions; development; joint ventures; secured loans; affordable housing and low-income tax credit is a plus.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of solid transactional real estate experience at a top law firm
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Excellent writing, research and communication skills
• Highly motivated, take initiative and be a self-starter
• California Bar Membership in good standing
