The Denver office of Holland & Hart is seeking an entry-level associate to join its Fiduciary Solutions group. Our Fiduciary Solutions group primarily handles estate and trust litigation. Holland & Hart is the largest law firm based in the Mountain West with more than 500 lawyers in 15 offices. It is also the only law firm based in the Mountain West ranked on The American Lawyer's list of the top 200 law firms in the United States.

Requirements: Successful candidates are recent law school graduates (2014 or 2015) who have an energetic personality, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Excellent legal research and writing skills are required. Preferred candidates will possess a strong academic background and interest in estate planning and litigation related to trusts and estates. Some knowledge of probate and trust law is required. Having taken a law school class in estate and gift tax is a plus.
