Holland & Hart's growing Corporate group is seeking a junior or mid-level associate to join its team in Las Vegas, Nevada. Requirements:

Successful candidates will ideally have 2-3 years of law firm experience in mergers & acquisitions, venture capital/private equity financing, securities compliance and/or corporate transactional and governance matters. Candidates need to be team oriented, have strong written and oral communication skills and have excellent professional recommendations
