The New York and San Francisco offices are seeking a mid-level general transactional tax associate for the Tax Practice Group. The position will be primarily located in New York or San Francisco and will support attorneys in both offices, as well as Washington, D.C. and London. The associate will represent clients in regards to the tax aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, partnership transactions, private equity and hedge fund formation, real estate funds, bankruptcy, international transactions and sovereign debt offerings.

Qualified candidates for this position must have demonstrated a continued interest in transactional tax law and have a minimum of 3 years of prior work experience in the field. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references.
