Moore & Van Allen PLLC has an immediate need in its Charlotte office for an Intellectual Property associate with one to two years of IP focused patent prosecution experience. Qualified individuals will have an undergraduate degree in either Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Chemical Engineering. Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills required. Patent Bar membership is preferred but proper academic degree to sit for patent bar is required.
